Unless otherwise stated on product listing, all orders can be expected to ship within 5-7 business days of order placement. For customized and fine pieces, the production timeline is determined on an individual basis. At Onus, we believe in slowly and intentionally creating jewelry. This means that many of our designs are made to order for you! We know this is not the current norm for online shopping and thank you for choosing to support our small brand. You may email us a rush request after placing your order if you desire to receive your jewelry sooner than our standard production timeline. We will try our best to accommodate these requests when we can. We hope that you love the individual style that is inherent in every piece of Onus Studio jewelry, and that your jewelry becomes a part of your identity and legacy.

Return Policy

All Onus Studio sales are final. We are unable to offer returns/store credit at this time. However, please contact bernie@onusstudio.com if you are experiencing an issue with your jewelry. 

Lost/Damaged Packages

Onus Studio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, please contact us if you experience difficulty in locating your package and we will try our best to assist you.
